What Pi OS are you using? And not sure anyone here is using i2S on forum and whether i2S requires additional configuration?

Sorry for the late comment, and I'm not sure this is i2S in the same sense as here, but there are many RPi HATs that use i2S to avoid using noisy USB in the signal path.
If that's what we're talking about here, I'm using i2S, but I've never had to do anything to configure it, just the dtoverlay, such as:
Code: dtoverlay=allo-digione
I hope that helps.

I was quite busy previous months so didn't have much time to play with this. Now, I was able to install OS 1.3.1 on RPi4 with the latest RPi OS lite 64 bit, but I have one problem that I can't solve - after every reboot I have to scan music library again. Also I needed to edit fstab and there add line for my NFS share because if I add NFS share trough web page it's not available after reboot so I have to add it again.
Managed to add SACD and DVD Audio ISO supported mpd and it works fine, but scanning after every reboot is deal breaker for me. Maybe it would be better for mpd and mympd to be available trough systemd...
I see there is a OS 1.4.0 for latest Ubuntu 24.04 Noble but didn't tried it yet...

I have to rescan after rebooting, too. As well getting rebooting LMS repeatedly. It's annoying, but there it is. sorry.

Album library is definitely unstable, even without reboot or mympd restart without rebooting... One moment it's there with all the album thumbnails and icons and after some time I'm getting error Value length for JSON path "$.params.albumid" is too short but I'm mostly use Filesystem and I can make playlists from there which also get removed/erased after reboot. I was able to compile latest mympd 18.2.2 but it's even worse, there is constant mpd disconnections and it's not usable even on already installed mpd 0.23 or 0.22...

Seems you're on a read only file system? Can you create a temp file (any file) in your home directory, then do a reboot and see if the file is still there?
1.4.0 is coming soonish... But will be going through a beta phase first before making this official.
