Check the WebApp in music players if PulseAudio is installed, if yes, click the button to uninstall that. Is the TEAC working then?

Also, I just double checked the installation for Pi, it should work (I'm using Pi4, but it's the same OS and that runs fine on Pi3). What version of Raspbian are you using?

SSH to your Snakeoil PC, and run:

It should install all the missing files to get LMS running.
