I have activated but when installing Jrive 23 running vnc not receiving sound card, I need support

Can you show the full screenshot of the Players section? It's showing one audio card as in use, I would like to know what is using that.

This could be a bug. Another player may be hogging the audio device (hence JRiver cannot access it).

Yes, I think it is a server error. Show me the above screen, and also generate a diagnostic file (System menu) and send that to me. If confirmed I'll fix this in the next update.

I found the status of not receiving sound cards is continuous.
And it only works in a limited number of servers, I guess

Looks like mediacenter23 has crashed:

Snakeoil will restart JRiver when it crashed.

Can you VNC into your Snakeoil PC, check if the JRiver GUI appear, and when you start playing music, did the GUI disappear immediately, only to re-appear a few seconds later?

Have you tried mediacenter24? Did that work? Or uninstall the current 23 and install an older version, see ifi that'll work.
