I have an Ustars Audio R19  board. I installed it on RPI4. But, snakeoil is not detecting the board. How to get it working.

You have to modify boot.txt and configure the RPi to load the modules for your R19 board.  Looking at the page on Aliexpress, I think you'll need to configure it as a HifiBerry DAC. 

So I guess you can follow these instructions here. Once configured you should be able to use this output in the players configuration.
