Snakeoil ISO 0.1.2a (Ethernet)
There is no 0.1.3. Decided to re-release the ISO as a second beta release of Snakeoil - release 0.1.2a, codename is still called
Click link above for Changelog. The website is still very disorganised at the moment, and I’m trying to juggle between updating the manual, creating videos, and fixing bugs.
Behind the scenes I have moved Snakeoil development to a version control, and 0.1.2a marks the first release from that. Things can only look better from now. Bear with me for a while as I try to get a proper bearing and a sense of routine, it will happen soon .
Notes
This "keyboard not working” issue should be fixed (bug introduced from 0.1.2). If it is still happening to you, kindly leave a comment and let me know the model and make of your motherboard (thanks!).
From now onwards JRiver will not be bundled with Snakeoil.
I’m trying to build up a community of people who use Snakeoil. Knowing what computer hardware you guys use and how you use Snakeoil will help make me improve the LiveCD. Please sign up for an account in the forums and introduce yourself in the Snakeoil Showcase. Thank you.

Existing Users
Existing Snakeoilers who have donated to the project and activated the Snakeoil mode can upgrade to the latest release by applying these firmwares:
Firmware 0.1.2a: This upgrades the web interface to the latest revision. This is required if you want the latest update.
ZeroConf: This upgrade installs and activates mDNS (bonjour). So you can use the .local names to address your Snakeoil machine, e.g. snakeoil.local. This is optional.
You are only missing the security updates from Ubuntu themselves, which should not affect the SQ.
