Introduction
It's been nearly half a year since the last update, to be honest, the motivation just isn't there as there's lots of things happening. The world is a very different place in 2020. From the HK riots, HK police brutality against civlians and now to the SARS-CoV-2 pandamic. People in jails, hospitals, ICUs, and even death. Yes, people die everyday, but what is happening now is very different. While it's not exactly true we have lost our innocence overnight, what has transpired in the past few months is close enough!
This is a new world era, and there's nothing much we can do about it. In the mean time, I hope this little update will bring some joy to what could well be some very depressing months ahead.
While it didn't look like much. The whole computing infrastructure has changed behind the scence, twice! Biggest change of course is to use gitlab for bug tracking. The whole system just makes more sense. Hope it'll all work out.

It looks really promising! Really appreciate your hard works.
I am a RPI4B owner and hope this new firmware update would work for me.

Just forgot that Pi4 is running Buster while its previous models are on Strech. I think I might have to wait for an official release of RPI4 buster iso then...

The firmware will work on both. If you need Buster image, the post in Patreon should be public now. You can find the links to download from there. (I'll try to get that work on Pi 3 when I can, still have to find my Pi 3 board. Problem with Pi, they all look the same!)

Apologies I am pretty new to this forum. I am not aware that there is a patreon page where I could download a Buster iso of the os. Would you minding telling me the link to that Patron page right here please?

Anybody else have problems running myMPD? Works on my system so I couldn't really tell what's going on.
For folks who have trouble, can you SSH into the machine run the following command:
Code: sudo ldd /usr/local/bin/mympd
Copy and paste the output here. TIA.

PHP Code: linux-vdso.so.1 => (0x00007ffe906a3000) libpthread.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0 (0x00007f8da8785000) libm.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6 (0x00007f8da847c000) libid3tag.so.0 => /usr/local/lib/libid3tag.so.0 (0x00007f8da8263000) libFLAC.so.8 => /usr/local/lib/libFLAC.so.8 (0x00007f8da7ff1000) libc.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0x00007f8da7c27000) /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x0000559e29cdd000) libz.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libz.so.1 (0x00007f8da7a0c000)
If I try http://192.168.x.x:6600 (default port) it resolves to a page which simply has..."OK MPD 0.21.11"
and nothing else
https://github.com/jcorporation/myMPD/wi...figuration
seems to be missing ??

I chose MPD 0.21.22 as Music Server, however I can't find mympd.conf and even mpd.conf inside /etc/ directory.
I tried to connect to mpd server via http://192.168.x.x:6600/ from a windows pc but the windows app replied with "server no response".
I seriously doubt that MPD 0.21.22 has not been implemented in this firmware.

Well, I guess since we're on the subject I'll add some other "problems" although mine are probably specific to the Buster image as I'm using pi4:
1. LMS doesn't start a server though squeezelite works fine with external server.
2. Bubbleupnp unusable with Tidal ; requires login credentials but fails to login though Mconnect works with upmpdcli.
3. Unable to use any version of MPD with either Bubbleupnp or Mconnect. Neither even see the MPD server though both see upmpdcli if selected but, see problem 2.
These problems seem to be specific to the Buster image regardless of firmware version. Can also confirm that myMPD web interface does not open.
